A new PMA Garment Industry (Underwear) based in Boyolali, Central Java, Indonesia is inviting qualified personnel to apply for the position of :

Production Manager
(Jawa Tengah - Boyolali)

Responsibilities:

* Control and Coordinating all Production department.
* Make sure all production process will deliver according to schedule
* Push up and maintain the production high efficiency and quality
* Control production process and solve all production problem to make sure all production process will running according to production schedule
* Minimize the production cost
* Build up strong production unit
* Make daily production report to General Manager

Requirements:

* Male/Female, max 45 years old
* Min 5 yrs experienced in the same position (underwear/lingerie garment industry company)
* University Graduate
* Having the ability to communicate in English both oral and written is a must
* Able to work under pressure condition and finish assigned jobs on time
* Pleasant personality, straight, discipline, communicative, honest and positive thinking
* Willing to work in Boyolali
* Healthy condition
* Ability :
* Understand Underwear/Lingerie Production Process
* Good in making Production Planning
* Computer literate (MS. Office and Internet/email)
